We reserve the right to change and modify terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
All our free downloadable products are available for direct download after login. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded upon purchase. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.
Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. You need to open an account with our site to download any of our products (free or paid). There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour and up to 24 hours depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.
All themes and plugins are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. Themexa themes and plugins support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
We are not offering support for Internet Explorer for any of our products at this moment.
Product updates are available to our paid users up to a certain period of time mentioned in the product description. But you can still use installed products (themes and plugins) even when your support validity expires.
You are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check the documentation page and consult is via email if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.
For modifications, we always recommend using the template override method or using a separate plugin such as PHP, JS, or CSS snippet plugin.
Modifications made directly inside the plugin will void the support license. Themexa team will not be bound to offer support for customized installations.
We reserve the right of blocking your user account immediately if we believe that you are trying to abuse the license term or our business in any way.
If you create an account on the Themexa website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Themexa of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
Product Licensing and Usage
All of our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) V2 or later.
Our Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us and how we provide support. After you have downloaded a Themexa product, you are eligible to ask for support for issues you might face with our product(s). Once a clear and understandable support query is placed, we try to provide a solution via email.
Here we are sharing the detailed policies we maintain for support.
1. Support Language
Currently, we are providing support in the English language only. We expect our valued customers to place a support request in clear and decent English language so that we don’t have to guess what you are expecting from us. Please be as clear as possible.
2. Support Priority
Our customers with valid paid product subscriptions will always have priority over our free product users.
If you have purchased a product from Themexa and have a valid subscription, you are eligible to get priority support from us. We will continue supporting you as long as you have a valid subscription.
3. Support Channels
Themexa provides support via emails, WordPress.org support forums, knowledge base, and tutorials. Although we like to socially interact with our users, we do not usually provide any support via any other communication channels, especially not via PM, Facebook, or Twitter.
Many support queries and technical questions are already answered in the documentation, how-to guides, and FAQs. So, before sending a support query, please make sure you have read our documentation for the particular product you are using.
4. Supported WordPress Versions
WordPress 5.4 or later.
5. What Our Support Covers
- Any WordPress compatibility error arising from a fresh product install
- Help with the functionality of our products, which is not specified in our documentation
- Issues with Themexa theme and plugin installation
- Issues relating to broken Themexa product functionality
6. What is NOT Covered by Themexa Support
- Software damage caused by hacker(s) attacks
- Issues caused by older versions of PHP, MySQL, or so on
- Products purchased from anyone other than Themexa
- Compatibility problems with 3rd party products
- If you are unable to provide us with the subject website URL and access to its WordPress backend
- We do not support any version of IE (Internet Explorer)
7. Definition of Modification Support
We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered support and what is considered modifications. If your request for small modification or customization help only causes us to publish just a couple of lines of CSS or JS code, we may assist you. Due to the current load on our support team, we can allocate up to 30 minutes of CSS customization free of cost each year.
If your support query requires additional modification of the product then you have two options:
You may wait for further development of the product.
You may consider hiring a developer. You can also post on our Facebook groups and contact the recommended companies or developers.
Free downloads are available after signing in. However, all of our customer purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of the payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchases. A customer account can be suspended for a manual anti-fraud checks for 24 hours, also it can be suspended for a longer term for more investigations.
Themexa reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
We have a customer-friendly 30-day refund policy. But you can not ask for a refund claiming a feature that your purchased theme or plugin does not include.
All of our plugins have a free version available at WordPress.org. Please try them before you decide to purchase them. You can also discuss with the support team for features you need for your platform.
Themexa products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the Themexa products is guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation, and options configuration of the product in the latest stable WordPress version to which the theme/plugin was dedicated to. Themexa cannot and does not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party plugin – as there are simply too many plugins to support. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes/plugins as we cannot guarantee Themexa.com themes/plugins will work with all browser combinations.
In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners. The images/videos we show in the demo versions of our products are totally for demonstration purposes, you are not allowed to use them in production sites.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Product. It does not mean the buyer’s lifetime or any other assumption of the term. The product lifetime is not defined at the time of purchase. Themexa reserves the right to announce the end of Lifetime of a product any time within 30 and 90 days prior notice to the Customer.
By default, we take all of our customers into our newsletter list as we inform them about new updates and helpful content through emails. Anyone who does not wish to receive such updates can unsubscribe from newsletters anytime.
